Massage Therapy
Lisa Coady, LMT, did her
training at the Massage Institute of New England in Cambridge,
MA, a 500 hour program which combined classroom study and supervised
training in the massage clinic. In addition she has completed
a Level I Craniosacral Therapy Training and combined Neuromuscular
and Rolfing series. Lisa enjoys the challenge of working with
clients who have chronic or difficult to treat pain and moving
them towards wellness.

Yael Halpern, NCLMT, received
her certification at the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing
in Santa Fe, NM in 2000. She combined this with an oncology
program where she volunteered at the New Mexico Oncology
Clinic. Yael is in the process of earning advanced certification
in Orthopedic Massage from Ben Benjamin. Her work has an
emphasis in osteopathic modalities including sport specific
massage, specific injury work & craniosacral
therapy.

Yoga Therapy
Erica Magliaro, registered yoga teacher and
certified pranassage practitioner, has her 500-hour certification
in Interdisciplinary Yoga by the Nosara Yoga Institute. This
unique program incorporates teachings in Vinyasa Flow as well
as Therapeutic Conditioning Movements designed to bring deeper
awareness and restore movement to the body. In her sessions,
Erica combines a focus on structure/ alignment and playful movement.
Erica’s teachings include breathing, meditation,
relaxation techniques, and yoga postures. She is also certified in Pranassage,
a powerful blend of assisted yoga and massage designed to produce deep relaxation. |

Acupuncture
Karin Kramer, Practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, received
her Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from the Midwest
College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and also holds
a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She is board certified with NCCAOM
(National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists and
Oriental Medicine). Karin specializes in pain management, stress
reduction, digestive support, women's health, and overall preventative
wellness. Karin is president of AOMSM (Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
Society of Massachusetts) and an active member of BNI (Business Networking
International) of downtown Boston. Karin prides herself in volunteering
and staying connected to community. She volunteers at Women’s
Lunch Place, educates children at Fens School on the benefits of
Chinese medicine, and additionally incorporates wellness programs
for healthy lifestyles. Karin believes in the importance of integrating
Western allopathic and traditional Chinese medicine. |
